Responsibilities:Supporting the day-to-day management of the operations functions.Managing pay-out process including bank payments, preparing welcome emails and uploading documents to the system.Supporting a network of external broker-introduced businesses and acting as a support to deliver swift and efficient customer service.Monitoring the Sales Support inbox and liaising with customers in respect of any new deals and or existing loansSupporting wider business functions including compliance and collections.
