Our client is seeking a Research Analyst to join their team, providing coordination and analysis for research and consultancy projects on a full-time or part-time basis. This role involves designing, executing, and reporting on research initiatives while ensuring compliance with professional standards. The ideal candidate will work across multiple projects, liaising with clients and supporting the broader team. Click here to read more Job Duties: Design and plan research projects, aligning with research objectives and budgets. Utilise quantitative and qualitative research methods, including: Developing research tools such as questionnaires and topic guides. Coordinating and managing online and face-to-face surveys. Organising and facilitating focus groups or one-to-one interviews. Analyse statistical data using Microsoft Excel. Prepare comprehensive reports in Microsoft PowerPoint that demonstrate data analysis and interpretation. Ensure all research activities comply with professional standards, including the Market Research Societys Code of Conduct. Prepare proposals and client documentation. Liaise with clients and attend client meetings. Promote research activities through social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Provide support to other team members, including temporary fieldworkers as needed. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 A-Levels; a university degree is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good working knowledge of social media platforms. Strong planning and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to work across multiple projects.
