This out of town, leading telecommunications and broadband services provider is after an experienced Relationship Manager (Enterprise) to bolster their dedicated team. The role holder will be responsible for building strong relationships, and become a primary point of contact to key customers ensuring a cohesive consistent approach of the service we provide. The successful candidate will ensure that customer satisfaction is high and that customers have an excellent experience both from people and services. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in technical relation management, with a good ability to lead and support the team to drive more efficient and effective working practices.
