In this role as Process Excellence Specialist, you will collaborate with Customer Experience, Operational teams and Digital colleagues mapping out the as-is processes covering all scenarios, systems and touchpoints. Key responsibilities include developing as-is and to-be process maps suitable for use by multiple stakeholders and analysing data to identify trends, patterns and pain points in the process to support the customer journey and drive to resolution. The successful candidate will have previous experience of process mapping as-is and to-be frameworks, good stakeholder management skills and excellent attention to detail.
