A global insurance company with a presence in Guernsey is looking to recruit an adaptable, customer focused candidate with AML, CDD and Risk assessment awareness to join their team. You will be responsible for processing transactions, general administration tasks such us updating static data in line with the companies policies and procedures and supporting and assisting with planning, conducting, and reporting results in regards user acceptance testing on various systems. If you are an effective communicator, have a positive 'can do' attitude to learning, a great work ethic and can ensure a continual focus on customer experience by keeping customers informed and updated we would like to hear from you! A great opening with a company which will actively encourage and support a study programme towards a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance (or similar)
