Do you want to be part of a family business, supporting the directors as their Personal Assistant, and Administrator to the Managing Director? The perfect candidate will be working in a similar role, with previous customer-facing experience. This is a part-time role of 12-20 hours per week, or can be full time with added duties!
PA Responsibilities:Dealing with all correspondenceManaging the MD's appointments and diaryPreparing letters, documents, reports, and presentationsArranging Board meetings and taking minutes when necessary, following up on action pointsBooking travel and accommodationAssisting with organising company and staff social events
Admin Responsibilities:Building strong relationships with clients and insurersMaintaining client recordsLiaising with brokersProviding customer service to clients and responding to queriesDrafting correspondence
