Full Description

A locally headquartered, leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client, and Corporate Services is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts professional on a part time basis. This role sits within the Trust and Corporate function of the business and is responsible for supporting the Client Accounting requirements of an allocated portfolio of clients. It is a diverse role which is pivotal to ensuring client expectations are met. The role requires timely communication with external business partners in conjunction with exceptional organisational skills to meet deadlines. Responsibilities will include the preparation of financial statements, bookkeeping of portfolios, investment purchases and disposals, rental statements and bank statements for trusts and companies, reconciliation of banks, portfolios and rental statements, maintain investment and rental schedules and prepare and maintain loan interest schedules. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the Finance Industry with knowledge of the establishment of company and trust structures. This is a 3 days per week role or equivalent hours spread over the week.
