A superb opening to join the growing team of this law firm with multi-jurisdictional expertise and work as part of the financial services team providing a range of legal services to clients. This will entail supporting the partners and associates across a range of matters in the banking, corporate/commercial, funds and regulatory sectors. The role holder will assist in drafting a range of legal documents, review and summarise legal and other documents, perform legal research and analysis, check legal forms/documents for accuracy and assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence and bundles as well as other related tasks. This is a great opportunity to undertake City quality work in Guernsey and we would like to see applications from those with excellent academics (degree level and either working towards a legal qualification or possessing extensive work experience in a legal environment).
