A leading Channel Islands Insurance company with state of the art offices is looking for someone to support their operational team. As an integral part of the operations team, you'll be ensuring everything runs smoothly, from processing critical payments, dispatching customer documents, regular reporting, data transformation, and more. Your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including coordinating with suppliers, providing crucial administrative support, and helping to develop improved ways of working. With your keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you'll help maintain high levels of service to internal and external customers and provide essential facilities support. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy problem-solving, want to learn the latest data analysis and reporting tools and new ways of working through automation, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
