In this hands-on role, youll be a part of a team that delivers the network and security services, acting as the first point of contact for any incidents, resolving issues, and implementing changes for their customers. Using your technical knowledge, you will be monitoring systems, and implementing, configuring, and deploying, technology hardware. You will also collaborate with senior colleagues, build strong client relationships, and provide top-tier support as part of a call-out rota.
