Key responsibilities:Serving as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities and agenciesReceiving and investigating suspicious activity reports and assessing whether external reporting is requiredProviding guidance and training to employees as requiredAssisting the MLCO with the preparation of quarterly reportsManaging of the periodic relationship risk reviews and oversight of customer due diligenceAssisting with the reviews of the monitoring and testing of compliance-related policies and proceduresSubmitting regulatory notices
For this role, a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required, along with relevant qualifications. In addition, strong analytical skills and attention to detail is needed, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
