A great opportunity to join a Medical Practice as a Secretary / Personal Assistant to one of the General Practitioners.
This busy and varied position is a fantastic opportunity to support the medical practice whilst dealing with the public and other medical professionals.
Responsibilities will include; liaising with patients and other medical professions and dealing with the correspondence received from the GP and third parties, document management, diary management, arranging home visits and appointments, prescription management, database management, dealing with referral letters, completing the relevant certificates required by patients (sickness certificates, travel forms etc.) and liaising with Insurance companies.
Candidates do not necessarily need to have previous medical secretarial experience, but ideally have some PA background and be a quick learner and able to multi-task.
This practice is based out of town.
