This independent trust administration company is seeking a competent and capable manager to join their busy Guernsey team. This role is due to growth and we are looking for individuals who can grow and adapt with the role. The role sits within the Trust & Corporate Department and is a diverse role which is pivotal to business success. A large part of the role is to establish and develop relationships with your team, clients and intermediaries and build the reputation of the company as a client focused business who meet and exceed client expectations. You will have responsibility for ensuring that all duties to be carried out by the team can be done effectively and that all policies and guidance notes implemented by the Board are adhered to, with high service levels maintained at all times.
