Do you have a minimum of 5 years post-qualifying experience in the fiduciary sector, and/or at least 10 years of industry experience? Do you hold, or are working towards a relevant professional qualification e.g. ACCA, STEP, ICSA? If so, you could be perfect for this Trust and Corporate Manager role. Key Responsibilities:Ensuring that client service levels are maintained at a high level at all times.Providing higher level technical support to the team.Interacting with the risk team to ensure all the compliance requirements of the teams portfolio of clients are met.Managing and monitoring the team, ensuring the completion of tasks by the team by actively managing and monitoring all team members' tasks.Ensuring all financial reporting requests to the team are dealt with as quickly as possible.Detailed and full recording of time billing, aiming to reach a pre-determined billing target.Ensuring invoices are sent out by the team on a timely basis and ensuring collection of outstanding amounts.
