An exciting opportunity for a Manager to join a growing Governance Services Accounting team at this local law firm. The role will focus particularly on delivery of technically accurate management reporting, preparation and review of value adding variance analysis & KPI's, overseeing the delivery of annual financial statements and periodic reports for a varied portfolio of clients (including, but not limited to, unit trusts, companies, partnerships and foundations) in accordance with agreed deadlines. Duties will include effectively managing the day to day activities of team members reporting to you, ensuring work is planned and allocated, collaborate with colleagues across all accounting locations, providing explanations, advice and accounting support as and when required whilst ensuring work is completed efficiently. Candidate should be qualified ACCA/ACA or qualified by relevant experience with good up to date technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, including practical application.
