Full Description

This Channel Islands based telecommunications and broadband provider is seeking a qualified engineer to join the Guernsey team. This role involves implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting and optimising on-premise and cloud solutions to meet service level agreements, customer demands/requirements and best practices. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams within the wider Operations and Product departments, to deliver high-quality technical solutions and support in a managed services environment. You will be an Azure Administrator Associate, with proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Candidates will be expected to hold or acquire further relevant qualifications over a 2-year period (e.g. Microsoft: Azure Network Engineer Associate, Microsoft: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft: Azure Developer Associate, PCAP: Certified Associate Python Programmer, VMware: VMware certified technical Associate Datacentre, VMware: VMware Certified Professional Datacentre).
