This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the local property market, with excellent negotiation skills and a client-centric approach. The position is key in facilitating property transactions, building client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include arranging viewings for interested clients, showcase properties effectively, highlight key features, and address any questions or concerns raised, negotiation and deal closure, ensure all legal and financial aspects of transactions are handled accurately and efficiently, assessing a propertys value based on conditions, location and other multiple factors, provide accurate and up-to-date information on property market trends, comparable sales, and local amenities. Candidates should have strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets and closing deals, a solutions focussed approach to problem solving, a strong work ethic, ability to maintain confidentiality and a driving licence. The role holder will be required to work 1 in 5 Saturdays (09:00 12:30) with time off in lieu.
