A great opportunity for a candidate with excellent problem solving skills to join the Guernsey office of this leading life-insurance-based wealth management company. The purpose of this role is to perform risk-based quality check / quality assurance controls on KYC activities performed in regard to corporates and individual customers ensuring that all due diligence controls are adopted and enhanced due diligence measures conducted accordingly. Responsibilities will include performing reviews of individual customers, using presented or existing documents, relevant research and investigation tools as part of on-boarding / trigger events and scheduled reviews, perform, understand and analyse detailed corporate structures conducting relevant research and investigation tools as part of periodic reviews, determination of risk profile as part of 4-eye principle and due diligence / enhanced measures requirements. Strong attention to detail is required to be successful in this role as well as excellent time management and prioritisation techniques. Candidates should ideally have two years experience within the finance industry and a certificate/diploma in a relevant subject. An understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in customer quality risk reviews including corporate structures will also be useful.
