Key responsibilities:Ensuring inventory of laptops is up to date and issuing and setting up laptopsResponding to report requests promptlyProviding technical support to end usersAssigning tickets to team members as appropriateConducting regular system auditsWorking with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance For this role, experience in IT support is required, along with great knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.
