A superb opening for a self-motivated and IT confident candidate to provide support to both customers and in house for this growing IT services company. You will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration and unity are the key elements to success. We are ideally looking for a dynamic individual with experience in providing 1st and 2nd line Support who can drop into the team and get rolling right away - however, if you have less experience, but the right attitude and commitment, then we would be keen to hear from you. Good communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of good customer service and a commitment to providing this are a pre-requisite as is the ability to step up and go that extra mile when a challenging situation arises.
