A great opportunity at a prominent commercial company for someone with prior experience in a senior IT role in a small/medium size business. The purpose of this role is to act as a conduit between departments. The objective being to enhance the customer experience by refining and implementing the broad-based IT requirements of various business units. 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst or in data-related work / application development is required as well as an overall knowledge of PPS functionalities including IBE, DCS, Analytic & Reporting and working knowledge of Airline reservation systems or GDSs is highly desirable.
