  As a Investment Analyst reporting to the Head of Asset Allocation, you will be working closely with a dedicated and passionate team to research the asset universe and macro dynamics and set the appropriate practical asset allocation for client portfolios.   Responsibilities in this role include: Researching and presenting investment and macroeconomic themes that are used in the groups written and multimedia presentations Managing research projects, for example, identifying and leading the research of market or economic ideas or trends Working both independently and collaboratively with other members of the Chief Investment Office in the formation of house views Presenting on the Daily Research Call which is a high attendance and high impact call, leading the development of narrative and presenting it effectively and compellingly Working across a variety of business areas within Barclays via regular presentations and webcasts and to some extent the media and the wider industry Taking a flexible, agile decision making process to shape strategic direction, responding positively to changing internal and external circumstances     More information about the role is available upon request contact the team today for further details.
