A wealth services provider has an exciting opportunity for a candidate with excellent administration skills to join their team as a Human Resources Administrator. Key responsibilities include:Assisting in providing support to employees with HR queriesManaging the recruitment process using the internal tracking system including CV reviews, providing shortlists, arranging interviews, screening candidates and offering rolesManaging the starters/leavers process including producing contracts, inductions, onboarding, and pre-screeningAssisting with employee benefitsMonitoring staff training levels For this role, you need a strong administration background, with excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, great attention to detail is important along with professional integrity.
