An excellent opportunity for a hands-on compliance professional with experience to join a growing trust organisation on a full time basis. The Head of Risk and Compliance will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the company's risk management and compliance programs. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and risk mitigation strategies. You will have proven experience in a senior risk management and compliance role, with extensive understanding of trust and offshore structures and up to date and extensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
