Do you have compliance and management experience? An independent fiduciary services company is seeking a Head of Compliance and Risk, to join their team to support the MLRO and MLCO and act as Deputy when necessary. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising the MLRO/MLCO daily functions and to deputise in their absence.Developing risk-based monitoring programmes and testing of policies, procedures, controls, and systems to assess their effectiveness concerning AML and CFT.Communicating to staff and the board any compliance regulatory changes with presentations and training.Maintaining AML/CTF/CPF business risk assessments to the board and Risk Committee.Attending Board meetings to brief compliance reports. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Compliance and a similar supervisory role as CO, MLRO, or MLCO, and hold a relevant qualification such as an ICA diploma.
