Full Description

This is a great opportunity to join an online trading group.   As the Head of Compliance in Guernsey, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance for the company in all its areas of operations in that jurisdiction. You will provide technical advice, undertake risk assessments, develop policies, and devise procedures to ensure the company is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Your experience and knowledge will enable you to establish standards for identifying, detecting, preventing, and correcting infringements of applicable laws and regulations.   Your challenges Provide compliance guidance to the Group business, ensuring the understanding of and compliance with the legislation applicable to the Group and its subsidiaries. Monitor new and proposed changes in the standards, legislation, and notifications from regulators and update internal policies and procedures accordingly. Identify and assess compliance risks, devise strategies for mitigating potentially adverse compliance and regulatory actions, and share detailed risk reports. Liaise with Groups Head of Compliance and our Compliance teams worldwide to ensure an aligned holistic compliance framework.   More information about the role is available upon request contact the team today for further details.
