Do you have listed fund experience? We are seeking a Corporate Officer to join a Fund services company.
Key responsibilities:Taking minutes at board meetings and identifying and monitoring action pointsPreparing and sending out board packsMaintaining insider listsMaintaining corporate share certificatesProviding administration support to the Directors
Ideally, for this role, you need a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund and company administration, along with a full understanding of company law and governance and although this is a an officer position we also welcome candidates at assistant manager level.
