Full Description

The roles are full time working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Saturday. This will consist of Monday to Friday on an early and late shift basis, with Saturday afternoon shifts being from 14:10 until 19:10. The ability to work additional hours and be flexible are essential.   The recruitment process involves a written aptitude test and a basic police clearance.  Candidates with unspent convictions for dishonesty or drug offences will not be eligible for appointment.Guernsey Post are looking to recruit three responsible and conscientious individuals to join our postal team. The work involves preparing, collecting and delivering letters and parcels to addresses around the island.   

Candidates will need the ability to work quickly and accurately with good attention to address details, have good knowledge of the island and a passion for good customer service.  They will also need to be able to drive and walk long distances, so being physically fit and having a full driving licence is essential.  No experience of postal work is required, as full training will be provided.
