An exciting management opportunity with a local Service Station. The Forecourt Managers role is to maximise efficiency and profitability of a service station and work as a member of the management team. The role holder will manage service station staff including: recruitment, induction, training and development, performance and salary appraisal, disciplineries, dismissal and employee records. They will also achieve fuel and grocery sales and profit targets, maximise sales through well merchandised shops, provide high level of customer service, achieve the required quality standards in all retailing practices, manage stock and cash control procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety, dangerous substance, planning and consumer legislation.
