Key Responsibilities:Leading and providing technical guidance to the team.Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Overseeing credit control and manage client accounts.Administering client entities (trusts, companies, fiduciary, and non-fiduciary structures) while mitigating risks.Managing financial operations, including WIP, billing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA, STEP) with a successful track record in the fiduciary sector, strong client relationship management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Guernsey and UK tax and legal considerations impacting Trust and Company structures.
