Are you a registered nurse looking for a change of scenery? If so, an excellent opportunity awaits for a Deputy Sister Charge Nurse on the beautiful island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. In this role you will manage the ward on a day-to-day basis, provide clinical leadership and support colleagues to plan, monitor and evaluate appropriate care for their patients. Applicants will need evidence of CPD at diploma level, a teaching/mentoring qualification and a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent (D32/33, NVQ A1). This role includes a full relocation package, which includes interview and relocation travel, competitive pay and an annual bonus. There is also subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the island alone and an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
