A superb opportunity for a registered Social Worker or Nurse within the Adult Disability Service on the beautiful island of Guernsey, Channel Islands. This role is focused on providing care to support members of the local community with a learning disability and will involve the assessment of individuals with complex needs and developing/implementing/evaluating programmes of care to meet those needs. This position requires evidence of CPD at diploma level and ideally a teaching/mentoring qualification, diploma in a related field and Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent (D32/33, NVQ A1).
