Our client is seeking to appoint a Data Protection /Compliance Officer to work in their friendly and informal office.The role will be to help develop new systems, procedures and explore new markets whilst considering data subject privacy; and lead a privacy by design culture. You will work towards the compliance with all relevant data protection laws, monitoring specific processes, such as data protection impact assessments, increasing employee awareness for data protection and training them accordingly, as well as collaborating with the supervisory authorities. This role would suit a personable, natural communicator with a high degree of integrity. Thorough, organised and ability to self-prioritise their workload. Happy communicating at all levels and confident to write documentations and policies in plain, easy to understand English.
