Key Responsibilities:Identifying opportunities to cross up and sell the bank products and servicesAssisting in the day-to-day servicing of existing clientsReceiving and implementing instructions from clientsAssisting with projectsProviding assistance to team members when needed and also ensuring positive cross-departmental co-ordination
Strong IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required for this role. Experience in a banking role is desirable, but not essential. The ability to work collaboratively is important, as is a pro-active positive approach to change and innovation.
