Do you have experience working in a busy highlight customer-focused service delivery role? Would you enjoy working collaboratively with a broking team, to contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service? If so, you could be perfect for this role of as a Customer Service Representative working with an Insurance company.
Key responsibilities:Welcoming, assisting, and directing visitors in the office.Providing product and service information, and answering questions and queries.Determining the quickest, most effective way to help clients.Managing broker diaries daily and chasing clients for updates.Operating the telecommunications and ticketing systems effectively.Providing copy policy documentation on request, creating and issuing proof of no claims bonus, and other ad hoc tasks.
For this role, you will need a good level of general education, excellent customer care and interpersonal skills, can proactively prevent and/or manage conflict, and have solid written and verbal communication skills with a basic knowledge of office equipment and software.
