Customer Service Officer - Part Time

Customer service team.

same. The main duties are: -
with a variety of internal & external customers
& assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
resolving customer enquiries within service level agreements
our customers on our many products and services
with and supporting departments in and around the business
The ideal candidate for this role will be able
to demonstrate: -
- Attention to detail
to deadlines with the ability to multitask
in a team environment
Customer service experience is preferable but
not essential as full training will be provided. Hours of work: 29.5 hours per
week, worked between 10.00am to 17:00 Tuesday to Friday and 830am to 12pm on a
