An exciting opportunity for a pro-active and customer focused candidate to join this leading offshore bank, whose mission is the delivery of quality products and an unrivalled client experience. Responsibilities are varied in this specialist and busy role and will cover managing customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved thoroughly and efficiently to keep within regulatory timeframes and to provide an excellent customer service. You will be dealing with customers through email, telephone and social media, so building rapport and strong communication skills, both written and verbal are needed along with keen problem solving abilities. If you are experienced in resolving customer complaints, especially in regards to Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman complaints, are patient and customer focussed and have an analytical mind and like to identify the root cause of issues, get in touch today!
