Our client is looking for a Corporate Services Executive who will assist in ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance for the company in all its areas of operations and will participate in developing company policies, minimise risk, and instil a compliance culture in the organisation. The successful candidate will plan and direct internal programmes and policies to empower all departments with the knowledge, awareness and practices of regulatory compliance. The desired candidate will have:A university degree in a related fieldA good understanding of corporate, legal, or regulatory complianceThorough understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and other compliance matters in multiple jurisdictionsThe ability to draft and review legal documents and prepare licence applicationsExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsDiploma in risk management and compliance (ICA)
