Our client, a private banking group, is seeking a dedicated and responsible team player to fulfil their Compliance Officer role. As Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the performance of all regulated activities which include Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO), Compliance Officer (CO), and Nominated Officer (NO). Key Duties:Responsibility for compliance reviewsIdentifying risks and appropriate actions to the senior managementImplementing and maintaining policies and proceduresPreparing documentation for audits Key criteria:Ability to work independently, whilst taking the initiativeLaw or economic degree, and 5 years of Compliance experience, with 3 years as an MLROActive interest in Capital Markets and their regulations
