This is a great opportunity to join an online trading group.   As a Compliance Manager you will ensure that the policies and procedures of the group of companies worldwide are in full compliance with ethics and applicable regulations. You will perform regular audits with due diligence, mentor your team, and lead training sessions across the company. Your role requires a strong knowledge of legal requirements for the fintech industry demanded by different governmental and industry standards organisations.   Your challenges: Build, mentor, and lead a motivated team with a strong knowledge of the industrys best practices and regulations. Design, implement, and improve control systems to ensure that regulations and internal policies are not violated. Investigate compliance issues, intervene to resolve the issues when needed, and devise strategies to prevent a recurrence.
