Do you have an in-depth knowledge of CDD and Guernsey regulatory requirements? A financial services company is seeking a Compliance Consultant, to provide senior-level approval, guidance, and support to the 'CDD' team, which provides services to internal and external clients. You will also support management in the review, interpretation, and dissemination of current and proposed laws and regulations. Key responsibilities:Acting as MLRO and MLCO and producing reports to the board.Mentoring junior members of the team.Advising business partners and senior management on Compliance laws, regulations, rules, and standards.Receiving Suspicious Activity Reports 'SARS'.Identifies and assesses Compliance risk avoidance. The ideal candidate will have an ICA diploma in Compliance or relevant experience, knowledge of risk management, and strong leadership and analytical skills, with an in-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, acquired through formal education and work experience, is required.
