Were seeking a Company Secretary on behalf of our client, a world-leading provider of fund, fiduciary and corporate solutions. The successful candidate will assist in the provision of company secretarial services to existing and prospective new funds, working with the relevant listing authorities and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and company secretarial procedures. This role requires a candidate qualified in or studying towards an ICSA qualification, with at least 3 years relevant experience and good knowledge of the offshore fund industry, particularly with regards to regulatory requirements.
