Key responsibilities:Overseeing the setup and maintenance of statutory company records for all client and group companies.Ensuring suitable procedures for the efficient flow of work and compliance.Drafting of Insurance Management Agreements and Company administration agreements.Completing Board Minutes.Renewing data protection registrations.Working with external advisers.
