We currently have an exciting role on offer for a Client Services Administrator. For this role, you will be involved in all aspects of pension administration within the office, in support of the Client Services Team. Key responsibilities:Client event maintenance, including direct contact with clients by telephone, email, or letter.Preparing withdrawal requests for member pension benefits, and Trustee fees.Dealing with administrative tasks relating to pension structures.Liaising with investment houses and UK/local pension schemes.Managing and responding to client instructions, including queries and requests.Preparing, collating, and dispatching, documentation. Ideally, you will have office experience in a pensions/trust environment, although full training will be provided. A GCSE qualification (grade c or above) or equivalent, is essential, as well as a desire to continuously learn and improve skills. Email us today for more details, before this role is snapped up.
