Key responsibilities:Supervising and reviewing the production of periodic management accounts, reports, and other reporting requirementsLiaising with clients and attending board meetingsProviding advice and assistance to staff on accounting and bookkeeping issuesPreparing financial statements in accordance with reporting requirementsPreparing and reviewing regulatory capital monitoring calculations
For this role, experience in staff supervision is required, with the ability to provide guidance on accounting matters to junior staff. In addition, a strong working knowledge of the regulatory environment is needed, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
