Full Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Operations Administrator to support their Audit Operations team and Audit Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient resourcing of audit teams and involves a variety of administrative tasks. Candidates with strong organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a fast-paced workload, are encouraged to apply. This position is based in Guernsey and offers flexibility for a 25, 30, or 36.25-hour working week.
Job Duties:
Amending bookings as requested by managers and addressing queries received in the Audit Operations inbox in line with service level agreements.
Maintaining spreadsheets and updating resourcing planners in accordance with agreed processes.
Creating and amending pre-onboarding codes, rolling budgets, and logging new clients, ensuring all records are accurately monitored.
Identifying and promptly highlighting resource clashes and chasing missing timesheets weekly.
Transferring electronic files and creating process documentation in line with existing procedures.
Providing holiday cover for other Audit Operations Administrators.
Performing ad hoc tasks and escalating issues to the Audit Operations Manager as necessary.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
Exceptional organisational skills, capable of prioritising a varied and fast-paced workload.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality work under pressure.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
Experience using spreadsheets at an intermediate level in a work or school environment.
Appreciation for diversity and an inclusive mindset.
Strong technology skills are advantageous.
