An excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Barrister to join a leading offshore law-firm led professional services business that advises many of the world's leading financial institutions, corporations, public organisations private equity houses and investment funds, as well as ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices. The role holder will combine non-contentious and advisory skills with specialist expertise, working closely with colleagues in dispute resolution on trust matters and with the corporate team, on private funds and corporate structures for private clients. Working as part of a focused partner-led team, you will play an active role in the day to day running of international trusts and private client matters and business development activities. We are looking for an individual that has broader non-contentious trust experience and experience in complex trust structures, high net worth clients, trust formations on the advisory side or private wealth.
