Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you interested in learning something new? We are looking for an Assistant Pensions Officer to join our Pensions Team.
You will support our Pensions Officers with the processing of benefit requests and this will involve accurately collating information and documents from both electronic systems and paper records. You will also use your numeracy skills to assist in preparing pension calculations.
We aim to provide a comprehensive, high quality service to all members of the States Public Servants' and Teachers' Pension Schemes as well as prospective members and associated bodies who require information or guidance and expect that you will share our aim. Using your excellent communication skills you will deal with queries by phone, email and in person whilst prioritising your workload in order to meet deadlines.
