A great new opening has become available with one of the largest independent providers of fiduciary services on the island. This role involves working on and assisting in the co-ordination of the day-to-day activities of the finance team across all offshore jurisdictions and to provide an effective service to the wider offshore firm. Working with the Finance Manager and HR you will assist in managing junior staff performance, set clear aims and objectives, coach and monitor their progress. Other responsibilities include, assisting with the co-ordination and preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packs, budgets and annual financial statements for each offshore jurisdiction. Candidates should have knowledge and experience gained from a mid-level finance role as well as ACA/ACCA qualification or relevant experience. A basic understanding of French would also be useful. Flexible hours and / or reduced working hours may be considered.
