We are delighted to announce that our Art Bursary scheme is now open for applications from students who are planning to further their education in Art, or an Art-related course, off island starting* this September. The bursary is given to support students with their living expenses while studying, and is £2,500 per annum for the duration of the course.
Please share this information with any student you think might be interested in applying and ask them to request an application pack by emailing SAFGuernsey@SovereignGroup.com
The application process will involve students completing a standard application form. Our panel will then invite a small number of shortlisted candidates to bring their art portfolios to a short interview.
The closing date for applications is Friday 9th June.
We hope you will encourage your students to apply – the application pool tends to be small for this bursary, so promising young creatives stand a good chance of selection.
*Please note that students who are already studying qualifying subjects off-island may also apply for the bursary.
